Are you looking to run your first Half Marathon or improve your half marathon time? Join the fun at South Beach Fitness and see what everyone is talking about. Come learn about the program that will get you ready to run the Melbourne Rock & Roll Half Marathon.

The training program is for anyone wanting to:
• Start a fitness program by running or walking
• Improve your health
• Reduce stress
• Complete your first half marathon
• Learn more about training safely and avoiding
common running/walking injuries
• Have fun and meet new people


What does the program include?
• 12 Week Customized program for your fitness level
• Weekly Group training sessions (Saturday Mornings)
• 3-4 Seminars providing helpful information on Shoes, Nutrition and more. Seminars will follow immediately after training runs.
• Contact with Coach via email and phone
• In Training Technical T-Shirt


Half Marathon Program Fee: $ 65.00
Note: This training program gives you a $20 discount toward your registration for the race..

Meet the Coach
Anne Marie Parker is a nationally certified Professional Trainer by the International Sports and Science Association. Anne Marie uses both her personal and educational experience to support her lifetime goals of helping others. Her drive and dedication are infectious, inspiring others to push themselves to achieve greater levels of performance. She has over 10 years experience helping Clients achieve their fitness goals. She has trained individuals and groups for races from 5K to full marathon. She is currently working as a Professional Trainer here in Brevard at South Beach Fitness.
