Johns Birthday Bash...

Gina Vleiganthart managed to keep a secret as she surprised John with a surprise birthday party she and Micah hosted for him at City Tropics on Saturday evening.. Christina has lots of pics of everyone out of their gym clothes and all decked out. She will be posting them soon on the GymSpace link!

New in October
Tuesdays at 6.30 pm, BodySculpt with Grace
Thursdays at 6.45 pm, Step Classes with Matt
Thursdays at 7.30 pm, Yoga with Matt

More New Classes

Thursday evenings at 5.30 Ann Marie will be teaching a BodySculpt class. Johns ab class will now be at 6.15 instead of 6 pm. For those of you that work late, we are adding a few more after 6 pm classes as well!

New classes next week

Now that summer is coming to an end, people are gradually making their way back to the gym...we will be adding some new classes starting next week beginning with a BodySculpt class with Andrea on Tuesday mornings at 9.30 and a Core and More class with Sherry on Thursdays at 9.45.
